About Niki.ai (https://niki.ai):
Niki.ai is an artificially intelligent personal shopping assistant. The founding team is from IIT Kharagpur. It is meant to be an automated messaging platform to simplify ordering experience for consumers. Currently available on Android, there is technically challenging work being undertaken here in the field of AI and also poses immensely exciting opportunities in fields related to marketing.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write copies for posting content on Niki social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements
2. Create different kinds of posts (image/polls/gif/videos/contests) to engage and increase social media audience
3. Work to increase the number of followers and likes we have on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
4. Post content on social media on a daily basis (both job- and industry-related); and scheduling content over weekends and holidays
5. Contribute to content ideas for the month ahead to plan for a monthly social media calendar
6. Help to amplify and distribute content on internal and external channels
7. Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels
8. Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis
9. Look at the best performing posts and try to generate content that does the same or better
10. Build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance against our targets
