POSITION OVERVIEW: 

The Analytics Product Marketing Senior Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of MSCI's Analytics business, which delivers risk and portfolio insights to institutional investors. This includes MSCIs Equity Analytics and Factor Investing franchise as well as multi-asset class analytics. Bringing with them expertise in integrated marketing and an appetite for B2B FinTech space, the ideal candidate will help develop and deliver on strategic marketing initiatives. This role will work with a cross-functional central marketing team to create collateral, manage events, webinars, email marketing and content strategy, maintain a digital presence, gather results and consolidate them for final presentation to business stakeholders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute against an integrated marketing plan by working cross-functionally with global marketing team and business stakeholders
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are on-brand and on-message
  • Present meaningful metrics for the business and offer fact-based insights to help guide strategies for brand positioning, product innovation, and industry partnerships
  • Support the creation of materials and collateral to help drive marketing campaigns against the product portfolio, including factsheets, presentations, website, emails, and brochures
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors/University degree in Marketing or Communication
  • 4-7 years of experience in an integrated marketing role
  • Ability to execute on a marketing strategy, including all deliverables, on-time and on-budget
  • Ability to work in a demanding global environment and multiple reporting lines
  • Successful track record in working globally in a B2B financial services organization
  • Excellent verbal, writing and analytical skills for measurement and reporting.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Pardot
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects/plans and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
