Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Have you handled a Facebook page before with over a Million user base? Do you know how FB edgerank algorithm works in depth?

1. Your primary responsibility is to help Healofy FB page to reach to 3 Million followers in next 7 months from currently 3 Lakh followers. 
2. Other responsibilities include growth hacking through Whatsapp and other online platforms.

REQUIREMENTS: 
1. Should have hacked some (computer or non-computer) system to your advantage. 
2. Should have great understanding of customer (users) needs (product guy). Essentially worked in a consumer focused product company. 
3. Build detailed road-maps for each channel outlining initiatives and milestones to scale them. 
4. Worked with engineering teams to leverage technology to build sustainable competitive advantage over other competitors. 
5. Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition (search, programmatic, content) tactics and best practices, include leveraging customer insights to drive growth – experience building in-house tools a plus. In depth experience with Google and Facebook advertising products. 
6. Data Driven, Innovative and Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions including experience with A/B and multivariate testing. 
7. PREFERENCE- If you are a woman or an ex-entrepreneur or having a bachelor’s degree from IIT/BITS/NIT
