Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate to help bolster Rapido's brand presence and attract new users through exciting and innovative marketing campaigns. As a Leader of our growth marketing strategy and campaigns team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy that builds value proposition and usage of Rapido among millions of consumers in the nation. We're looking for a all time hustler previously working in consumer facing domain and who is passionate about innovative campaigns to spearhead the strategy, build the team, and execute our end-to-end marketing efforts
The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product opportunities, and a demonstrated track record of consumer marketing leadership. A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and scrappiness/hustle is a must.
Responsibilities
- Design the MoM marketing and customer product strategy for Rapido to scale the business
- Define and implement a framework to identify and prioritize strategies and campaigns across the region for both rider and driver marketing
- Lead the central marketing and customer experience teams. Individual City Marketing
- Drive go to market strategy for new Rapido product campaigns
- Be a key marketing leader and devise near and long-term strategies to grow Rapido's key cities across India
- Collaborate with founders to work on company-wide strategic initiatives
- Contribute to building a robust culture at Rapido
- Drive actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy (e.g. user and competitive research)
- Own and optimize the demand P&L at Rapido
- Position and differentiate Rapido's brand image
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing. MBAs from premier colleges preferred. The more relevant experience you have in one or more of Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing, Brand Marketing, Remarketing, Customer Engagement,Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Growth Hacking, the better.
